The meeting also scheduled consideration of appointments to various council roles and committees, as well as the retention of the council's committee system governance arrangements.

The Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee met to discuss community safety, neighbourhood ranger activity, and a cycle route on Ewell Road. The committee received an update on community safety work in the last six months, and plans for the next six. A decision on the Ewell Road cycle route was deferred.
