The Planning Board of Greenwich Council granted full planning permission for the demolition of an existing building and the construction of new buildings ranging from 1 to 30 storeys for residential, local community, education, and drinking establishment use, along with associated works. This decision was made on 13 October 2026, subject to referral to the Mayor of London, completion of a Section 106 agreement, adherence to specified conditions, and prior grant of planning permission from the London Borough of Lewisham. The Assistant Director (Planning & Building Control) was authorised to make minor changes to conditions, finalise the Section 106 agreement, and determine the application if the agreement was not completed within three months or if the Lewisham application was refused.

The Planning Board of Greenwich Council decided to defer consideration of the application on 24 September 2026. This decision was made pending Lewisham Council's determination of their related application.

The Planning Board of Greenwich Council granted full planning permission for industrial warehouse buildings. This decision was made on 24/09/2026. The decision included granting permission subject to conditions and the prior completion of a Section 106 agreement.

The Council of Greenwich Council approved the Treasury Management Mid-Year Report for 2026/27 and the Capital Mid-Year Report for 2026/27 on 23 September 2026. The Council also agreed to the additional Flexible Use of Capital outlined in Appendix 3.

The Council of Greenwich Council on 23 September 2026 resolved that a motion concerning protecting democratic oversight in planning decisions was not carried. The Council resolved to make formal representations to the Minister for Housing and Planning and the Secretary of State, requesting reconsideration of new regulations. It also resolved to request a meeting with Matthew Pennycook MP and to prepare a schedule of planning applications affected by the new National Scheme of Delegation.
