The approval is subject to the satisfactory completion of a Section 111 Legal Agreement and adherence to specified conditions.

The Planning Board of Greenwich Council refused full planning permission for the demolition of sports club buildings and redevelopment for 205 new homes on 21 July 2026. The decision was made due to the substantial residential redevelopment of designated Metropolitan Open Land, the loss of valued sports and recreational facilities without equivalent replacement, the loss of community facilities, and inadequate daylight assessment for proposed dwellings.

The Local Planning Committee of Greenwich Council decided to grant conditional planning permission for a single-storey rear extension and an annex/office outbuilding on 14/07/2026. The decision included the condition that windows in the south and west elevations of the outbuilding/annex must be obscured glazed. The Assistant Director of Planning and Building Control was authorised to make minor wording changes to conditions before issuing the decision notice.
