...to apply to the Secretary of State for Transport to implement and operate a Lane Rental Scheme in Buckinghamshire, aimed at reducing road network disruption by charging works promoters for occupying traffic-sensitive routes, and to delegate authority for any required modifications to the Service Director for Highways and Technical Services.

...to adopt the revised Statement of Community Involvement (SCI), which updates the protocol for community engagement in preparing Planning Policy documents, specifically modifying the planning application section regarding the publication of representations.

...to progress the Woodlands development in Aylesbury, the Cabinet approved shareholder agreements for Buckinghamshire Advantage to proceed with a preferred bidder based on agreed Heads of Terms, finalize a conditional contract, release £24.8 million in funding for the Eastern Link Road South contingent on Homes England approval and the contract becoming unconditional, and arrange a further loan agreement for Buckinghamshire Advantage to reach unconditional status.

...to agree to the updated Local Development Scheme, effective from 11th March 2025, which sets out the timetable for producing Local Development Documents.

...to thank the Digital Exclusion Review Group for their report and recommendations, and to agree to the Cabinet's responses to the report as detailed at the meeting.
