The Communities Housing and Environment Cabinet Advisory Board met on Tuesday 3 March 2026 to discuss a range of important issues affecting residents. Key decisions included the adoption of the Community Safety Partnership Plan 2026-27, the implementation of a Public Spaces Protection Order for dogs in The Grove, and the endorsement of the Royal Victoria Place Business Plan 2026-27. Parking Strategy for Tunbridge Wells 2025-30

This report seeks Cabinet approval for the Parking Strategy 2025-30.  The Parking Strategy aims to support the Borough by meeting its current and future parking needs, balancing those of residents and businesses, whilst supporting the Council’s desire to respond to the Climate Emergency.  The Parking Strategy will span 5 years, effective between 1 April 2025 and the 31 March 2030 and is presented following consultation during December 2024, January and February 2025.

Proposals for Public Spaces Protection Orders Expiring in 2025
