Planning Committee - Tuesday, 16th September, 2025 7.00 pm

The Enfield Council Planning Committee met on 16 September 2025, and approved plans for a housing development on Lincoln Crescent and a surfing complex at the Lee Valley Golf Course. The committee also approved the construction of a padel tennis facility at Southgate Hockey Centre.

Cabinet - Wednesday, 10th September, 2025 7.00 pm

The Enfield Council Cabinet met to discuss financial monitoring reports, strategies for housing and digital services, and various regeneration and acquisition projects. They approved recommendations for the 2025/26 Quarter 1 Revenue and Capital Monitoring Report and the 2025/26 Quarter 1 Treasury Management Monitoring Report, alongside strategies for digital data, artificial intelligence, and council housing asset management. Additionally, the cabinet approved compulsory purchase orders for Cheshire House and Shropshire House, as well as Joyce and Snells, and agreed in principle to the acquisition of land in Crews Hill for new council homes.

Planning Committee - Tuesday, 22nd July, 2025 7.00 pm

The Enfield Council Planning Committee met on Tuesday 22 July 2025 to discuss planning applications and related matters. Councillors were scheduled to consider a first floor rear extension to Topaz House and a request to vary a condition relating to a temporary training facility at the Tottenham Hotspur Training Centre. The committee was also scheduled to note the dates of future meetings.

Council - Tuesday, 24th June, 2025 7.00 pm

The Council of Enfield Council was scheduled to meet on 24 June 2025 to discuss a range of issues, including a petition regarding divestment from companies allegedly complicit in international law violations, approval of the Housing & Growth Strategy 2025-2030, and the Treasury Management Outturn Report 2024/25. Councillors were also expected to address questions and consider several motions related to local issues.

Planning Committee - Tuesday, 17th June, 2025 7.00 pm

The Enfield Council Planning Committee was scheduled to meet to discuss two planning applications, as well as a report from the Head of Planning and Building Control. One application concerned the redevelopment of former garages on Ivy Road in Southgate, and the other concerned the internal and external refurbishment of buildings on Fore Street in Upper Edmonton.
