The Cabinet of Greenwich Council decided on 18/03/2026 to approve the model and funding outline for the Voluntary and Community Sector Grants Programme 2027-31. The Cabinet agreed the continued annual allocation of £3.655 million for the programme and delegated authority to the Director of Health and Adults Services to oversee the assessment and award process.

The Cabinet of Greenwich Council agreed to dispose of land and buildings at Langton Way to Anchor Hanover Group for an affordable extra care housing facility on 18 March 2026. The decision maker delegated authority to the Director of Place and Growth to negotiate disposal details and enter into legal agreements.

The Cabinet decided to approve the implementation of the Council’s updated Procurement Strategy 2026 –2031 and the accompanying Social Value Framework Policy on 18 March 2026. The Director of Resources will agree and finalise updated procurement guidance, templates, evaluation tools, and training resources. The Director of Resources will also report annually to the Overview and Scrutiny Committee on the delivery of the Strategy and SVFP.

The Cabinet of Greenwich Council adopted the Woolwich Barracks Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) on 18 March 2026. The SPD sets out planning, design, and development guidance for the Woolwich Barracks site. It aims to ensure sustainable redevelopment that safeguards heritage buildings and enhances the site's character.

The Cabinet decided to note the audited financial statements for 2024/25 and the interim update for 2025/26 for GS Plus Ltd and GSS Ltd. This decision was made on 18/03/2026. The report included summaries of financial performance and service updates for both companies.
