...the Cabinet approved the Barley Homes Business Plan 2025, supported the creation of a £500,000 Housing pipeline Investment fund to underwrite planning permission costs for nine identified sites, endorsed transferring public sector land at £1 plus overage, and backed discussions with other organizations for site acquisition and delivery.

The Cabinet decided to recommend to Council that the Treasury Management Report (September 2025) be approved. This decision was made on 09 December 2025.

...the Cabinet of West Suffolk decided to recommend to Council that the Local Council Tax Reduction Scheme for 2025 to 2026 be reviewed and that changes outlined in report CAB/WS/25/059 be agreed, with the maximum discount change relating only to 2026 to 2027.
