Westminster City Council's Full Council approved constitutional changes to reflect government planning system changes and a wider review of the Constitution on 16 September 2026. The Council approved proposed constitutional changes for the planning system and the Scheme of Delegations to Officers. The Council also noted the scope and timetable for a wider review of its Constitution.

The Cabinet Member for Growth and Planning re-designated the Marylebone Neighbourhood Forum for a further five years and authorised the Director of Policy and Strategy to publish a designation notice on 16 July 2026.

The Cabinet Member for Adults and Health approved the direct award of a contract to Carers Network Westminster for the Carers Hub service from 1 May 2025 to 31 August 2026 on 28 July 2026.

Anna Raleigh, Bi-borough Director of Public Health, approved a contract variation for Oral Health Promotion services on 8 April 2026. This variation adds £37,950.86 to the contract with Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust for supervised toothbrushing training services.

Frances O'Rourke, Executive Director – Environment & Communities, agreed to proposed amendments to the rates for the Highways and Public Realm Contract with FM Conway Limited on 9 June 2026. This decision allows the Council to proceed with entering into the contract.

Anna Raleigh, Bi-borough Director of Public Health, approved the direct award of a contract to Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) for Oral Health Early Years Supervised Toothbrushing on 3 June 2026. The contract is valued at £36,000 for the first 12 months, with an option to extend for a further 12 months at an additional £36,000.

Westminster City Council's Full Council approved constitutional amendments on 17 June 2026. The council reduced the call-in threshold for Policy and Scrutiny Committees from three to two members and introduced criteria for call-ins. It also clarified the role of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee in establishing and overseeing Task Groups.
