The Cabinet of Southwark Council approved the award of eight contracts for Mental Health Supported Housing Provision on 16 March 2026. The decision was to award contracts for four and five-year periods with options to extend, totalling an estimated maximum annual value of £1.95m and a whole life value of £12.88m. The Cabinet noted that one lot for short-term medium support could not be awarded due to a lack of quality bids, and that the Strategic Director for Children and Adult Services, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Health and Wellbeing, would approve any subsequent award for this lot.
