The Stepping Hill Area Committee approved an application from Hazel Grove Carnival Association to hold a Christmas event in Torkington Park on Saturday, 5 December 2026. The approval is subject to the organisers providing all necessary paperwork, including licences, health and safety documentation, and insurance certificates, at least two weeks prior to the event.
