The City Council of Newcastle upon Tyne met on Wednesday 4 November 2026, with the meeting being held in the Council Chamber at the Civic Centre. The meeting covered a wide range of topics, including a review of the Cumulative Impact Policy, discussions on tackling graffiti and vandalism, and a debate on the reinstatement of garden care services for elderly and vulnerable council tenants.
