The committee agreed to the proposed allocations of seats on both Planning Sub-Committee A and Planning Sub-Committee B, with three members from the Labour Group and two from the Green Group on each. Councillor Kane Emerson was appointed Chair of Sub-Committee A, and Councillor Toby North was appointed Chair of Sub-Committee B.
