The Executive approved and adopted the Northamptonshire Suicide Prevention Strategy 2026-2031 and its accompanying action plan. Authority was delegated to the Corporate Director of Public Health, Communities and Leisure to oversee the council's contribution to the strategy's delivery.

The Executive of North Northamptonshire Council decided on 15/09/2026 to approve changes to the General Fund Capital Programme 2026/27 to 2029/30. They also noted and endorsed changes, drawdowns, and business cases for the approved Capital Programme. This included approving an uplift of £850k for the Warm Homes Local Grant and reprioritising £2.2m from existing schemes for the Workspace Transformation Haylock House project.

The Executive of North Northamptonshire Council decided on 15/09/2026 to approve the one-year extension of the existing contract with Aran Insulation Ltd for the Warm Homes Local Grant Energy Scheme at a value of £849,098.00. The Executive also delegated authority to the Director for Regulatory Services to take necessary procurement and contractual steps for the 2027/28 programme and to accept any additional funding awarded.

The Executive of North Northamptonshire Council decided on 15 September 2026 to approve the designation of a High Street Rental Auction area within Wellingborough Town Centre and to proceed with implementing these powers. Authority was delegated to the Director of Assets and Environment, in consultation with the Executive Member for Planning and Economic Growth, to finalise the designation boundary, identify suitable premises, and implement the HSRA process.
