...to enable the delivery of the residential element of the Woolwich Leisure Centre Scheme, the Cabinet agreed to vary the Development Agreement with Hill Residential Limited and terminate the Affordable Housing Development Agreement, delegating authority to the Director of Place and Growth to execute the necessary legal documentation.

Greenwich Builds Phase 2 Sites for Consideration - Acquisition of housing for social rent

...to progress due diligence and commercial discussions for the potential acquisition of housing at Royal Arsenal, Kidbrooke Village, and Greenwich Millennium Village for inclusion in Phase 2 of the Greenwich Builds programme, with delegated authority given to the Cabinet Member for Planning, Estate Renewal and Development to formally approve inclusion based on positive due diligence and viability assessments.
