They suggested ongoing updates on Landscape Services budget savings and community engagement to mitigate impacts.

The Local Review Body of Aberdeenshire Council approved the application on 22/05/2026. The decision was to approve a Notice of Review against a decision under Section 42 for alterations and change of use from shop to dwellinghouse without compliance with Condition 3 (Flood Doors).
