... Article 18 of the Council's Constitution was replaced with new Terms of Reference to align the Cornwall Health and Wellbeing Board and the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Partnership, effective from 20 May 2025, with delegated authority granted for minor amendments.
