...to note the national early years funding rates and changes in supplement funding arrangements for 2025-26, approve changes to the Early Years Single Funding Formula allocations for 2025-26, and note the central early years budgets approved by the Schools Forum.

...to approve a net budget virement of £14.031m from Children’s Services, Place, and Adult Social Care and Health into Corporate Services and Transformation, and to note the centralisation of posts with a total estimated cost of £5.726m funded from grants and fees/charges, to facilitate the centralisation of supporting services across the Council.

...to accept a grant from the Department for Transport Safer Roads Fund, as detailed in the not for publication report.

...to note the High Needs Block settlement for 2025-26, approve commissioned places, rates for special school, support centre, and ER Element 3 profiles, central high needs budgets, and accept the Forum's request to de-delegate funds for specified functions.
