The Executive approved the creation of a Magna Park (Corby) Development Impact Fund and its operating procedures on 14/07/2026. The Executive Director for Place, in consultation with the Executive Member for Planning & Economic Growth and other panel members, was delegated authority to make funding decisions. The fund will support projects to mitigate the impact of development on the local community.

The Executive of North Northamptonshire Council approved the proposed write-off of outstanding National Non-Domestic Rates debts on 14/07/2026. The decision was to approve the write-off of debts summarised in Appendix A of the report.

The decision included requiring equipment to be energy efficient with an A++ rating, encouraging active travel through activity apps, and selling old machines for recycling.

Authority was delegated to the Director of Assets and Environment, in consultation with the Executive Member for Assets, Waste and Environmental Services, to take all necessary actions to deliver the project, including awarding the contract. The approved works include mechanical and electrical upgrades, roofing, accessibility improvements, and redecoration.
