Authority was delegated to the Director of Highways, Waste and Environment, in consultation with the Executive Member for Highways and Travel, to procure and sign the necessary documents.

The Executive of North Northamptonshire Council decided on 13/10/2026 to approve a promotion agreement for Phase 3 Glenvale Park. The Executive declared the land surplus and delegated authority to the Director of Assets, Growth & Regeneration to enter into the agreement and progress the sale of the Council's land.

Authority was delegated to the Executive Director of Finance, in consultation with the Executive Member for Finance, Efficiency and Change, to progress re-procurement and agree the approach for ERP beyond 2032. A business case is to be developed by 2028.

The Executive of North Northamptonshire Council approved the revised Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 and Investigatory Powers Act 2016 Policy and accompanying Guidance on 13 October 2026. The Executive delegated authority to the Corporate Director of Law and Governance to make minor amendments to the policy and guidance, and delegated annual oversight and assurance reporting to the Audit and Governance Committee.
