Expansion of Community Enforcement Team

This report sets out proposals to expand the Community Enforcement Team, following the decision of the Council to increase budgetary provision. At its meeting on 25th February 2026 the Council agreed a revenue and capital budget for 2026-7 which included additional provision of £150,000 for the expansion of the pilot Community Enforcement team which had been running since May 2024.
