...to facilitate the disposal of land at Cooks Lane, Mursley for residential development, the Cabinet delegated authority to the Corporate Director for Resources to market the site, appoint a marketing agent, approve a disposal budget, implement a communication plan, and negotiate draft heads of terms with preferred purchasers.

...to endorse the new Buckinghamshire Health and Wellbeing Strategy aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of residents and reducing health inequalities over the next 10 years.

...to approve the conclusions of the review of the Buckinghamshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan, as detailed in Appendix 1, finding the plan generally consistent with national policies but highlighting areas for potential future review.

...to approve the Buckinghamshire All Age Autism Strategy 2025-30 and note the associated action plan for 2025-26.

...to approve the conclusions of the local plan reviews of the Wycombe District Local Plan and Delivery and Site Allocations Plan for Town Centres and Managing Development, as detailed in Appendix A.
