The Planning Board met to discuss eight planning and licensing applications, approving all of them with amendments to some conditions. The most significant decisions concerned a new community sports facility in Eltham, and a large mixed-use development in Woolwich.
Planning Board - Wednesday, 2nd July, 2025 6.30 pm
The Royal Borough of Greenwich Planning Board met to discuss planning applications for the redevelopment of the VIP Trading Estate and the construction of affordable homes on Wricklemarsh Road. The board approved both applications, with conditions relating to transport contributions and construction standards.

At a meeting of the Greenwich Council Planning Board, Councillor Gary Dillon, Chair of Planning, and other board members approved plans for a residential development at 2B Rathmore Road, and for cladding replacement at Greenwich Millennium Village.
Planning Board - Tuesday, 14th January, 2025 6.30 pm
The meeting unanimously resolved to grant planning permission for applications on two sites at 81-88 Beresford Street. The sites are part of the large Royal Arsenal Riverside development. The first application was to extend an existing student accommodation block. The second was to convert existing offices into a new student accommodation block and a hotel.
