Councillors reviewed progress on savings targets, scrutinised workforce data, and discussed the future of the Havering Volunteer Centre. The board also considered how to improve the scrutiny process itself.

The council agreed to prepare evidence for widening Article 4 directions[^2] to include all detached homes, but rejected a motion to revise the MLH business plan to focus on social homes.
