The Greater Lincolnshire Business and Infrastructure Board noted progress on the defence and security portfolio. This decision was made on 01 July 2026. The Board will continue to make representations to the Home Office regarding the RAF Scampton site disposal.

The Business and Infrastructure Board approved nine funding awards from the Growth Development Fund totalling £559,400 on 01 July 2026. Authority was delegated to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Section 73 Officer and Monitoring Officer, to enter into grant agreements and manage delivery. Expenditure will be phased across financial years.

The Business and Infrastructure Board of Lincolnshire Council approved recommendations regarding the Greater Lincolnshire Housing Strategy on 01/07/2026. The board noted progress on the draft strategy, provided strategic direction, and endorsed the draft delivery plan. They recommended submitting the final Housing Strategy to the Combined Authority for approval on 2nd September 2026.

The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority approved amendments to its Constitution on 24 June 2026. The Authority authorised the Monitoring Officer to make these amendments, which include a requirement for consultation with the Mayor on any spend above £1,000,000 and a correction to a typographical error regarding capital programme exceptions.

The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority approved the approach to performance management on 24 June 2026. Interim performance reporting arrangements for financial year 26/27 were also approved. Performance data on young people Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEETs) will be built into future GLCCA KPIs, and the performance framework will utilise existing metrics and data where possible.
