The Cabinet Member for Property, Waste and Infrastructure formally declared land at Salisbury Road, Worcester Park, as surplus to operational requirements and approved a freehold land swap on 26 May 2026. Authority was delegated to the Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director for Resources to finalise the transaction, including a right for the Scouts to use transferred land until new road access is constructed.

The Cabinet Member for Property, Waste and Infrastructure approved the sale of three residential properties and accepted the surrender of a headlease on 26 May 2026. The decision included approving the sale of 24 St Martins Close, Collingcourt, and 8 Tannery Lane, subject to conditions noted in a part 2 report. The decision also accepted the surrender of HGR's interest and approved HGR premiums from gross receipts.
