This decision approved recommendations to delegate authority to the Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director of Resources to secure best value, agree minimum acceptable prices, and finalise transactions for these assets. The decision also accepted that asset disposal would be subject to surrender and approved HGR premiums for the surrender of interest.
