The committee approved the construction of a new primary school at Buckton Fields and a storage and distribution building at Zone A, DIRFT, while a decision on a housing development on land north west of Upper High Street, Harpole, was deferred.

Councillors voted to approve an application for Catesby Park, and The Poplars Farm, while applications for land in Potterspury and Middleton Cheney were refused. The committee also agreed to hold an additional meeting on Thursday 23 October 2025, to discuss application 2025/0057/MAO for Land at Harlestone Road and York Way, Dallington.

A decision on a renewable biomethane gas generation facility on Land to the West of A43 Buckingham Road, Evenley, was deferred.
