...to award a contract for public notices advertising services to Penna PLC under the ESPO 3A-24 Advertising Solutions Framework Agreement for an initial two-year period with two one-year extension options, and to delegate authority to the Executive Director: Economy, Environment and Infrastructure, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Sustainable Transport and Strategic Highways, to determine whether to exercise those extension options.
