Financial Outturn Report 2025/26

Note the final revenue and capital outturn position for 2025/26 and the factors driving the position. Approve the outturn position for Treasury Management prudential indicators as set out in Appendix 4. Approve the itemised revenue virements in Appendix 5. Approve the reprofiling of capital budgets included in Appendix 3 into 2025/26. Approve the capital variations as set out in paragraph 4.43 including recommending to Full Council the approval of additional borrowing linked to the ERP Project. Approve the retention of 2nd Homes Premium for Council Tax Note the on-going work being undertaken to try to address and mitigate the financial pressures facing the council.
