... to update the former 'Family and Friends Policy' and meet new statutory guidance, the Cabinet approved the Barnet Kinship Care Offer 2025-2029, which aims to provide clarity and increased support to kinship carers, particularly through financial allowances and peer support, with the EqIA concluding a positive or neutral impact on all carers regardless of personal characteristics.

...to award the Civil Parking & Traffic Enforcement Services contract, valued at £28,577,855, to APCOA Parking (UK) Limited for a period of five years commencing 1 November 2025, with the option to extend for up to two further years.
