...to determine a response to the Barnet Highway Network Task and Finish Group Report, which included recommendations for improving highway infrastructure asset management, data utilization, prioritization of road repairs, carbon footprint reduction, sustainable material usage, and communication with residents.

...to note and approve amendments to the Private Sector Housing Financial Assistance Policy 2017, including increased grant funding and flexible conditions for empty property owners, and to delegate approval of further assistance level amendments to the Executive Director-Growth in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Homes and Regeneration.

...to note the progress in delivering the Community Participation Strategy, which aims to grow the council's relationship with residents and increase community involvement through various initiatives and pathfinder projects.

...to adopt the Community Care Contributions Policy and the Residential and Nursing Care Contributions Policy, delegating authority to the Executive Director for Communities, Adults and Health to update the policies every two years or as required, and to make minor amendments such as changes to nationally set thresholds.

...to approve the Barnet Homes' 2025/26 Annual Delivery Plan and delegate authority to the Executive Director of Growth (and other officers in line with the Schemes of Financial Delegation) to approve change control notices within specified parameters.
