Hazardous Substance Consent Delegation Authority request

The Planning Committee of Staffordshire Council decided to approve recommendations on 02 April 2026. Authority was delegated to the Director for Economy, Infrastructure and Skills, in consultation with the Chairman of Planning Committee and the Cabinet Member for Connectivity, to determine a Hazardous Substances Consent application for the Roundhill Anaerobic Digestion Facility.
