The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority approved recommendations on 03 June 2026. Janet Fasan was designated as the Monitoring Officer, and Simon Burrows was appointed as Director of Resources, conditional on pre-employment checks. The Resourcing Manager was delegated authority to confirm these checks and agree a commencement date.

Executive Councillor: Highways & Transport approved the proposed waiting restrictions for Witham St Hughs, Hedge Lane on 03/06/2026. The decision was made following a recommendation from the Planning and Regulation Committee.

The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority approved the membership of the Authority's Boards and the political balance and appointments for the Overview and Scrutiny Committee and the Audit Committee on 03/06/2026. This included noting the membership of the Transport Board, Business and Infrastructure Board, and Employment and Skills Board.

Councillor S Matthews was appointed Chair of the Transport Board, Councillor Oliver Freeston was appointed Chair of the Business and Infrastructure Board, Councillor Rob Waltham MBE was appointed Chair of the Employment and Skills Board, Alison Hands was appointed Chair of the Economic Advisory Panel, Mr Andrew Dyson was appointed Chair of the Audit Committee, Mr Andy Quarmby was appointed Chair of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee, and the Mayor was appointed Co-opted Member for the Transport for the North Partnership Board and Rail North Committee. Councillor Oliver Freeson was appointed to the Humber Bridge Board as Nominated Director.

The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority approved the Calendar of Meetings for June 2026 to June 2027 on 03/06/2026. The Authority delegated to the Monitoring Officer, in consultation with the Mayor, the ability to amend the calendar to meet changing circumstances.

The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority approved recommendations for the Innovation Panel on 29/04/2026. Russell Schofield-Bezer was appointed Chair, six private sector members, four academia/research members, Lewis Stringer as the British Business Bank representative, and James Silverward as the Innovate UK representative were appointed.
