The Cabinet approved the draft budget for consultation, noted the forecast underspend for the current financial year, and approved the extension or procurement of contracts related to waste management, children's services, and property maintenance. Additionally, the Cabinet approved the development of the Coombe Hill site for a fire and rescue training facility, highways depot, care home, and residential housing.
