...to facilitate regeneration and support the Health on the High Street initiative, the Cabinet approved entering into a lease for a vacant retail unit in Waterdale, enabling the option for freehold transfer of land and assets to CDC, and authorized a sublease to RDaSH for health-related services, along with a capital contribution of up to £1m for fit-out costs.

...to accept £1,400,000 in grant funding from the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority to improve pedestrian and cycle safety at the North Bridge Crossing by creating a more direct, segregated route and enhancing the surrounding area.
