Council agreed that the minutes of the Council meeting held on Monday 10 July 2023 be approved as a correct record on 18/09/2023.

...to note the responses provided by Cabinet Members to questions from opposition and non-cabinet members on various topics including examination results, GP practices, parking permits, rough sleepers, and shared ownership housing.

The Council noted the deputation received from Satvinder Riyat representing Sudbury Matters Forum regarding Barham Park on 18/09/2023. The deputation outlined the history of the park and the Forum's aim to establish a "Friends of Barham Park" group to ensure community involvement in its future use and management. The Council welcomed the establishment of the Friends Group as a means of focussing future collaboration and engagement.

Brent Council noted the update report provided by the Vice Chair of the Audit & Standards Advisory Committee on 18/09/2023.

The Council noted declarations of interest on 18/09/2023. Councillors declared personal interests relating to agenda items concerning parks and open spaces, and rogue landlords. These declarations included roles as directors, trustees, landlords, and union members.
