...to facilitate the transition to the new East Surrey Council in 2027, they agreed to establish an East Surrey Joint Committee, noted its terms of reference, appointed Cllr Richard Biggs as their representative, and delegated authority to the Chief Executive to support the Committee's establishment and operation.

...to ensure accurate financial statements, five irrecoverable debts totaling £172,128.54, related to Business Rates and Housing Benefit overpayments, were approved for write-off from the Council's accounts.

...to allocate £3.976m of Section 106 funding for the development of a new Town Park at Tanyard Meadows and enhanced sport and play provision in Horley, and to authorize the Head of Place Delivery to procure services, make applications, and enter agreements necessary for the project's delivery, including improvements to other open spaces in Horley.

...the Executive agreed to consult on the draft Revenue Budget proposals for 2026/27 and Capital Programme proposals for 2026/27 to 2030/31, with a view to forwarding them to Council for approval in February 2026.
