The Licensing (Hearings) Sub-Committee was scheduled to meet to consider an application for a variation of an existing premises licence, and to confirm the minutes of previous meetings. Councillor Karen Pickering, Councillor Diane Cank, and Councillor Stephen Bonham were summoned to attend the meeting.

Economic Development, Transport and Climate Emergency Scrutiny Commission - Wednesday, 25 June 2025 5:30 pm

The Economic Development, Transport and Climate Emergency Scrutiny Commission met to discuss local transport funding, the Bus Service Improvement Plan, and the approach to informal sessions on the Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan. The commission was also scheduled to receive an overview of economic development, transport, and the climate emergency in Leicester. Additionally, the meeting included a review of the commission's work programme and responses to questions raised by members of the public.

Children, Young People and Education Scrutiny Commission - Wednesday, 18 June 2025 5:30 pm

The Children, Young People and Education Scrutiny Commission met to discuss the Families First Programme, a performance dashboard for social care and education, and an improvement plan for children's social care, early help, and prevention. The commission was also scheduled to discuss questions raised by Dr Nizamuddin Patel regarding Ofsted's report on children's services. The meeting also included an introduction to the CYPE Scrutiny Commission.
