The Cardiff Council meeting on 23 October 2025 addressed a range of issues, including the approval of the Local Authority Social Services Annual Report 2024/2025, and the 9th Cardiff Local Development Plan Annual Report. Councillors also discussed the Statement of Accounts 2024/2025, and the Standards and Ethics Annual Report.
