Warwickshire Cabinet approved Site Specific Business Case 18 on 15/10/2026. The decision was subject to call-in.

Warwickshire County Council Cabinet approved entering into a five-year direct arrangement with MHR for the continued provision of the HR and Payroll system. This decision was made on 15 October 2026.

Warwickshire Council Cabinet resolved to exclude the public from the meeting on 15 October 2026. This was to allow for the disclosure of exempt information under paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

The Cabinet decided to approve the recommendations of the Libraries and other Public Spaces Review on 15/10/2026. Officers were authorised to implement the review's recommendations and provide an update by October 2027. The approved actions include producing community profiles for each library, exploring funding for site improvements, updating guidance on children's spaces and displays, preparing service-wide display and events guidance, developing locally driven event programmes, creating guidance on library room hire, considering a dedicated Libraries Strategy, and encouraging consistent corporate branding.
