The Licensing Sub-Committee granted a new premises licence for Jay's Food and Wine, located at 117 Nelson Road, Twickenham, TW2 7AZ. The licence permits the sale of alcohol for off-premises consumption and for the premises to be open to the public between 8am and 10pm daily. This decision was made after considering representations from the applicant, Mr. Balbir Singh Kapoor, and an objector, Mr. Pankaj Reddy, and imposing several conditions to promote the licensing objectives.
