The Executive of Trafford Council decided to close St Teresa's RC Primary School from 31 August 2027. The decision was made on 19 October 2026. Authority was delegated to the Interim Director of Education, Inclusion and Early Support to implement the closure, including pupil transition and stakeholder engagement.

The Executive of Trafford Council approved the EV Charging Cross Pavement Solutions proposal on 19/10/2026. This decision includes a one-year trial with Kerbo Charge on a supplier-owned model and the utilisation of OZEV grant funding to discount the first approximately 240 installations. Authority was delegated to the Corporate Director of Place to finalise the service agreement with Kerbo Charge and to amend the proposal's delivery during the trial period.

The Executive of Trafford Council decided on 19/10/2026 to approve the principle of residential-led development on the Oakfield Road / Moss Lane site and the continuation of works to de-risk and ready the site for market. Authority was delegated to the Corporate Director for Place, in consultation with the Executive Member for Economy and Regeneration and the Director of Legal and Governance, to agree terms for grant funding agreements and other contractual arrangements.

The Executive of Trafford Council on 19 October 2026 resolved to approve actions for the Greater Manchester Joint Minerals and Waste Plan, including publication of the initial timetable and notice of intention to commence preparation by 31 December 2026. Authority was delegated to the Corporate Director of Place, in consultation with the Executive Member for Economy and Regeneration, to take executive decisions for the plan's progression. Delegations to the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities were also approved.

The Executive of Trafford Council decided to note the Greater Manchester VCFSE Accord background and local work to embed it. They also approved and entered into the agreement for the GM VCFSE Accord 2026-2035. Authority was delegated to the Deputy Chief Executive and Corporate Director of Strategy and Resources to pursue local actions relating to the Accord.
