The Barnet Health & Wellbeing Board is a forum established by the Health and Social Care Act 2012, bringing together leaders from health and care services to improve local community health and wellbeing. It plays a key role in local commissioning of health, social care, and public health by developing and overseeing a Joint Strategic Needs Assessment and a Joint Health & Wellbeing Strategy. The Board's specific powers and duties are detailed in the Council's Constitution.
