The East and South Buckinghamshire Area Planning Committee met on Tuesday 11 November 2025, and approved an application for the demolition of an existing dwelling and the erection of seven apartments at 2 Westfield Road, Beaconsfield.

Councillors voted to refuse an outline application for the demolition of existing structures and erection of up to 18 dwellings and associated infrastructure and landscaping at Lambscroft Nursery, and to approve an application for the erection of a new dwelling and detached garage to the side of an existing property called Wings.
