Cabinet — Elmbridge

The Cabinet is responsible for making key executive decisions for Elmbridge Borough Council, operating within the Council's agreed Budget and Policy Framework. It handles decisions that significantly impact the Council's budget or affect communities across two or more electoral divisions. A statutory 'Forward Plan' is published monthly, detailing upcoming key decisions for public information. While members of the public are welcome to attend meetings, which are generally webcast, the Cabinet holds the council's primary executive decision-making power.
