About

The Pension Policy & Investment Committee is responsible for overseeing Enfield Council's pension fund investments. It sets the long-term investment strategy, approves and monitors investment managers, and agrees on the Statement of Investment Principles. The committee also sets performance benchmarks, supervises investment activities, and ensures compliance with best practices for Local Government Pension Scheme funds. It considers actuarial valuations, sets contribution rates, and handles other policy or investment matters related to the pension fund.
