·Planning Permission;

·Conservation Area consent;

·Listed Building consent;

·Advertisements consent;

·Entering into Planning Agreements;

·Enforcement of Planning and Listed Building Controls;

·Creation, stopping up, diversion of highways, footpaths or bridleways;

·Preservation of trees.
