This Committee looks at strategic and cross-cutting issues. It also regularly scrutinises the Council’s Executive via question and answer sessions with Cabinet Members; and is responsible for appointing the select committees which look at specific policy areas. The Committee meets four times a year and the meetings are open to the public. The agenda and papers for each meeting are published online in advance.
