About

The Health and Wellbeing Board is responsible for improving the health and wellbeing of people in the London Borough of Sutton. It develops strategies and makes recommendations on how health and social care services can be jointly commissioned and delivered to meet local needs.

The Board ensures a Joint Strategic Needs Assessment is maintained and leads the development of a Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy. It oversees joint commissioning activities, considering financial and organisational implications to ensure value for money and quality standards for children, families, and adults.
