About

The Cabinet is responsible for exercising all of West Northamptonshire Council's executive functions. It receives reports and recommendations from other committees and formulates proposals for the council's budget and policy framework. The Leader of the Council determines the Cabinet's portfolio responsibilities, which can be changed at their discretion. The Chair and Vice-Chair of the Council cannot be members of the Cabinet.
