Licensing and Regulatory Committee

The Licensing and Regulatory Committee comprises of up to 15 Members and is politically balanced in so far as is reasonably practicable.  The area of responsibility for this Committee includes all other matters of a regulatory nature, other than those covered by the Development Control Committee, or which are required by statute to be licensed. It is also responsible for hearing certain appeals.
