The Windsor and Ascot Development Management
Committee is responsible for making decisions on planning
applications such as major developments, listed buildings, and
those with significant public impacts. The committee is also
responsible for making decisions on applications that are called
in
by ward councillors.
Membership of the Windsor and Ascot
Development Management Committee is politically balanced and
consists of seven members drawn from councillors representing the
following wards: Old Windsor, Datchet, Horton & Wraysbury, Eton
& Castle, Clewer East, Clewer & Dedworth West, Clewer &
Dedworth East. Substitute members can be drawn from any ward.
Meetings of the Windsor and Ascot Development
Management Committee take place monthly at York House in Windsor.
Extraordinary meetings are set up as required.
